Pavilion Reservations

Pinebrook Master Association (PMA) Request for Pinebrook Park Pavilion

The Pinebrook Pavilion located in the Park is available for reservation by all members of the Pinebrook Master Association and their families in accordance with the few rules posted at the park. All homes and condominiums in the Pinebrook area are included in the PMA membership except for the units in the Ranch Condominiums, Elk Run Phases I, II and III, Ecker Village and Eagle Ridge Plat 12, located on Meadowview Drive . (Those associations have not yet elected to become members of the PMA, so their residents have no ownership interest in or right to use the Pinebrook Park or the trail system located in the perimeter open space.)

The link below is to reserve the pavilion only. Exclusivity of the entire park cannot be granted, as this is a community park for Pinebrook Master Association Members. 

The fee to reserve the Pinebrook Park Pavilion is as follows:

Up to 25 people – $25

26 to 50 people – $70

Over 50 people – $150

Note: the reservation fee is non-refundable unless cancelled within 7 days of your scheduled event.

Reservation process:

  1. Go to the Calendar of Events link to see if your time and date is available. If so, then…
  2. Fill out and submit the Pinebrook Pavilion Request Form
  3. Send the appropriate fee to:

You will be sent a confirmation once your payment has been received and your event will be posted on the Calendar of Events. The individual/group reserving the space will be responsible for all clean up and removal of their own trash.
